One of the services that the Guild offers to companies in the sector are preventive visits to construction sites, which we organize and manage within the framework of collaboration with the Joint Organization for Prevention in Construction (OPPC).

Totally free visits for any construction company.

Objective of advising the safety coordination of the work to avoid any incident or accident in the works, and on the other hand, to avoid possible sanctions before a possible work inspection.

In each case, the schedule of visits to be made to the work is planned with the company, and it is possible, throughout the agreed period, to refuse to receive further visits. This approach aims to achieve monitoring and collaboration over time for a better implementation of prevention and safety within the participating companies

The Guild, as a delegated entity, is responsible for organizing preventive visits, together with representatives of the majority trade unions in the sector.

In 2021 we made a total of 1,335 visits.
